Naturally, a robust retsina or Ouzo are the recommended drinks or you can try specially selected wines from Greece. They will go down especially well on Friday and Saturday nights when a bouzouki, guitar and an accordion are played live, creating a wonderfully warm and buzzy atmosphere. Hellenic was made for parties – parties of up to 90, to be precise – roughly 40 upstairs, the remainder downstairs (if exclusive hire), where there's a dancefloor.
